GENERAL PURPOSE FLUX PASTE
It is a soft flux paste specially formulated with active fluxing
additives to enable uniform fluxing action during general
purpose applications. It is effective to solder all common
metals except aluminium and its alloys. It has rapid fluxing
action and excellent distribution of active fluxing agents
to provide consistency in soldering. While the flux residue
can be removed by wiping, rinsing with warm water with detergent
will remove complete residue from the soldered joints.

ELECTRONIC GRADE FLUX PASTE
This is a specially formulated paste flux for use in manual
soldering operations. It exhibits excellent wetting properties
and leaves minimum residue after soldering. It is considered
non-corrosive and provides uniform flow of solder and less
fumes while soldering. It provides excellent bonding strength
to soldered joints and compliments with almost all rosin based
and low-solid no-clean type fluxes.

BGA FLUX PASTE
This
specially formulated flux paste is designed for use in BGA
soldering and applications. The rheological properties of
this flux are suitable for the special applications for which
it is designed. It exhibits excellent wetting properties and
leaves minimum residue after soldering. It is completely halide
free and ensures long term reliability of the soldered joints.

NO-CLEAN FLUX PASTE
No-Clean Paste Flux is an organic flux formulation suitable
for applications where pure rosin is not active enough and
general purpose paste fluxes are too active. Its residue has
no harmful effects on conductors or insulation. It has rapid
fluxing action, uniform spread and good penetration properties
due to the extremely fine distribution of its active constituents.
This paste is very effective and reliable on SMDs, IC's and
other sensitive components.
